OneDigital Advanced Health, based in the heart of downtown Chicago, seeks a Licensed Benefits Advisor to help individuals select Medicare plans and enrollment. You will receive live inbound calls and aim to achieve monthly sales goals in a fast-growing team.

You will receive paid training and licensing, with opportunities for growth. This in-office role offers commuter benefits and a strong bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, performance-driven environment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements and background checks will be completed.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Field live, inbound calls and effectively sell health insurance plans.
• Outbound to potential customers to revisit their Medicare options.
• Guide consumers through plan selection and application process.
• Learn offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for health insurance plans.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and meet monthly sales goals.
• Comply with Federal CMS and State requirements and standards.
