Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Medicare Sales Representative II to reside in Ohio. This mobile role educates and enrolls seniors in Medicare Advantage products, traveling to communities and partnering with senior resources.

You will conduct presentations, develop partnerships, and guide beneficiaries through enrollment while meeting monthly sales targets and staying compliant with regulations. Base salary plus commissions and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in Medicare/Medicaid sales or other commercial insurance sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll seniors for Medicare Advantage; develop opportunities with local agencies and community resources.
• Conduct presentations and marketing activities compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Build strategic partnerships to drive enrollment and sales success.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CareSource’s Medicare Advantage offerings during enrollment.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
