A subsidiary of Centerfield, QuoteManage, a national Medicare telesales brokerage firm, is seeking highly motivated individuals to work from home as Health & Life Insurance Agents. We specialize in Medicare and Senior products helping Medicare consumers across the country find the best plan to fit their needs. QuoteManage leverages the digital marketing service of our parent company, Datalot, to drive inbound calls to our licensed agents.

In this role, you will be selling/enrolling eligible Medicare customers into the appropriate Insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients on their options. We keep our agents engaged with live calls to maximize their sales opportunities. QuoteManage has an unmatched compensation structure centered around an aggressive Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) commission structure, daily spiffs, and other promotion-based incentives.

More About the Position ...

This is a full-time permanent work-from-home position, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), and the working hours would be an 8-hour shift inside the window of 8am - 8pm EST.

You will be required to have your own high-speed internet connection.

If Licensed, this role is available for those individuals who reside in and have their Resident License in one of the following states: FL, NC, TN, TX, GA, or UT.

If Unlicensed, this role is available for those individuals who reside in and work in one of the following states: FL, TN, TX, or UT. We have built a robust, fully-paid licensing and training program to get you the qualifications and tools needed to sell. Please note that attending this training is mandatory for the first few weeks while we get you licensed.

We foster an environment that leans into mentoring, coaching, and collaboration to continue elevating our sales agents.

We strive to be the best at paying our agents top total compensation (combined competitive hourly rate, benefits, and incentives). On average agents should expect to earn an annual total compensation of $75,000-$85,000 with many top agents earning over $100,000.
