You’ll focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into the right plans, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental options, as well as advise pre-Medicare recipients on their options.

We give our agents everything they need to thrive—live inbound calls, high earning potential, and stability with a fast-growing organization. Expect 20-25 qualified calls per day in the off-season, with even greater volume during peak months. Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7) is the busiest and most rewarding time of the year, requiring agents to be fully available to drive sales and maximize earnings. Our aggressive compensation package includes top-tier commissions, daily spiffs, and performance-based bonuses to keep motivation high and results strong.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
  • Prior inside sales experience preferred—we're looking for candidates who can multi-task while engaging with customers
  • Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) Commitment: Agents must be available to work October 15 – December 7, the busiest and most lucrative time of the year
  • Secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
  • A private and distraction-free home office or space to stay compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when handling Protected Health Information (PHI)

What we offer:

  • Full-time, work-from-home position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with schedules available between 8 AM - 8 PM EST. After training, we offer optional 4x10 schedules during the offseason (April-September) meaning you can work 4 days a week and enjoy a 3-day weekend!
  • Competitive starting hourly rate of $21/hour. On average, agents earn $75,000-$85,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000
  • Daily spiffs, incentives, and an unmatched AEP commission structure
