Job summary

Judi Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Government Programs Operations Specialist to coordinate Medicare Prescription Payment Plan activities, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and client requirements.

You will track tickets, support testing of system updates, assist with QA reviews of member communications and invoices, and monitor deliverables and SLAs to ensure timely client reporting and program outputs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role (Medicare, PBM, or managed care experience preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation, tracking, and quality review.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, meeting coordination, task tracking, and deliverable management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, project tracking tools, or workflow platforms.
• Experience supporting testing, QA, or validation for operational processes or communications.
• Exposure to healthcare regulatory environments (CMS/Medicare) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize issues for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and organize program documentation, including SOPs, job aides, FAQs, and control documentation.
• Submit and track development tickets; monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of enhancements and fixes.
• Support testing of systems or process updates to validate functionality and align with business requirements.
• Support QA reviews of member notices, invoices and other communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and SLAs to ensure timely client reporting and program outputs.
• Monitor program activities and escalate issues, risks, or discrepancies; assist in remediation.
• Coordinate internal and external (client) meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
