Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program coordination, healthcare administration or related role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and tracking.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, meeting coordination and deliverable management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or project tracking tools.
• Experience supporting testing, QA or validation for operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize program documentation (SOPs, FAQs, control docs).
• Submit and track development tickets; monitor progress for timely completion.
• Support testing of systems or processes to validate functionality.
• Support QA reviews of member notices, invoices and communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Track deliverables, timelines and SLAs for client reporting and outputs.
• Monitor activities and assist in issue tracking and remediation.
