Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is seeking a Lead Consultant for the Medicare Advantage function. The role delivers analytical depth, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional coordination to advance enterprise product objectives across CMS regulations, pricing, formulary, and Stars/Quality strategies.

The candidate will lead market and performance analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and coordinate with Compliance, Actuarial, Network, Sales, and Operations to drive cohesive

Formación

• BS in Healthcare, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare product development, Medicare product management, or health plan operations.
• Proficient knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D benefit design and CMS regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead benefit design decisions across core and supplemental categories with focus on value, margin, and competitive positioning.
• Owns product roadmap towards CMS bid cycles and internal governance timelines; synthesizes regulatory guidance for strategy adjustments.
• Develops strategic materials and analytical frameworks to support compliant member- and broker-facing program execution.
• Coordinates with Plan partners on engagement activities, distribution strategy, and training.
• Represents Medicare product function in working groups and stakeholder discussions; builds cross-functional relationships.
