Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals or medical terminology.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound interviews with Medicare Supplement applicants.
• Verify application information for accuracy.
• Evaluate applicants against underwriting guidelines.
