Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Hialeah, FL seeks a Medicare Part D Coordinator to manage Part D activities, PDE reporting, and compliance. Qualifications

• Health Care Compliance certification highly preferred.
• Experience in Medicare health plan or Part D operations and/or compliance is extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point person for all Medicare Part D activities for Eldercare.
• Supports the annual Part D bid with records of pharmacy expenses and bid tracking.
• Oversees Drug Event (PDE) reporting and oversight.
• Manages drug rebates and manufacturer discount reporting.
• Handles Plan to Plan payment reporting and oversight.
• Performs Part D reporting to third parties and Medicare (Acumen, HPMS, Pharmastar, Milliman, Palmetto, etc.).
• Ensures compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse program data gathering and reporting.
• Tracks licenses and renewals to ensure compliance.
• Maintains insurance renewals including emergency management plans and renewals to keep coverage active.
• Conducts compliance audits and reports findings to Executive Director.
• Manages Eldercare Accounts Payable including check requests and invoices.
• Serves as backup for enrollment, claims, network and HR tasks.
• Communicates with management on ongoing projects/issues.
• Supports Quality Improvement initiatives.

Prior experience in Part D program operations and/or compliance is extremely helpful.
