Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Florida seeks a Part D compliance professional to manage Medicare Part D activities for Eldercare. You will support PDE reporting, bid records, rebates, and Plan to Plan payments while ensuring compliance and FWA program integrity.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Medicare or Part D operations, with preference for FWA experience. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunity in a leading private hospital system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Medicare health plan or Part D operations.
• Experience with Fraud, Waste and Abuse programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point person for all Part D activities at Eldercare.
• Maintain records for annual Part D bid and related expenses/bid tracking.
• Oversee Drug Event (PDE) reporting and drug rebates.
• Handle Plan to Plan payment reporting and oversight.
• Ensure compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse data gathering and reporting.
• Renew licensure and insurance renewals to keep coverage active.
• Assist with enrollment, claims, network and HR tasks as backup.
• Communicate updates to management on project progress.
