Job summary

AccordCare seeks an experienced AVP of Operations to plan, direct, and coordinate regional operations across multiple offices in Florida. You will drive efficient service delivery in home health and private duty lines, ensuring staffing, process improvements, and regulatory compliance align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or another industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including three years in upper management, required.
• Home Health and Medicare experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry, including both home health and private duty operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and service delivery for every office in the territory across both the home health and private duty service lines.
• Implements operational changes to improve efficiency and long-term sustainability, and builds new processes where needed.
• Monitors progress against fiscal and strategic goals and takes action plans when results slip.
• Prepares periodic activity and accomplishment reports and leads strategic planning and initiatives for the area.
• Recruits, hires, trains, develops, and mentors the branch directors in the area.
• Supervises branch employees and coordinates with corporate and regional support teams to meet goals.
