Highmark Inc. is seeking an autonomous Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar implementations across Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios, navigating CMS and state guidelines and ensuring compliant, high-quality care.

You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial and IT teams, manage vendor contracts, and drive market growth while delivering on scope, time, and budget. Travel is required to support programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience in project management.
• Experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers and work group leaders to develop and maintain plans for a defined corporate program.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to focus resources on successful delivery.
• Collaborate with executive sponsor to achieve objectives and understand business goals.
• Monitor progress and financial health; report to executive leadership.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with procurement on contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships per contract and SOW.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
