Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Field Sales & Service Representative in Kern County, CA to meet monthly sales goals by developing and executing a strategic sales plan. The role focuses on promoting Senior Service products through in-home visits, group presentations, and community outreach, with flexibility for evenings and travel.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience; Life & Health licensure is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience.
• Life & Health licensure must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• BA/BS degree preferred; bilingual skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals for an assigned territory by executing a strategic sales plan.
• Promote Senior Service products via in-home presentations, group sessions, and outreach.
• Build relationships with providers and community leaders to generate leads and educate about products.
• Provide member retention services and accommodate evening and weekend hours and travel as needed.
