Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a field-located representative to support Fidelis and Wellcare members with enrollment and access to Medicaid, Medicare, and related plans. You will conduct outreach, answer program questions, and document interactions to improve member satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in marketing, sales or community relations in healthcare and bilingual English/Spanish skills. High school diploma required; travel to the Bronx will be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience, in healthcare preferably Medicare/Medicaid.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands benefits, eligibility, and plan options for Fidelis/Wellcare members.
• Identifies prospective enrollees and assists with enrollment and access to services.
• Answers questions about Fidelis/Wellcare programs and documents interactions in systems.
• Conducts outreach to educate members on Wellcare products and maintains member relations.
