Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to work in a remote field-based role within a designated local territory. You will educate prospective members on Medicare Advantage and Humana’s other offerings, building trust through face-to-face interactions and community events.

You will collaborate with a small team, meet performance targets, and help expand Humana's market presence while adhering to license and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events, or in the community.
• Valid state driver's license and minimum liability coverage per state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage and other Humana offerings through in-person visits.
• Differentiate with grassroots marketing and community events to grow presence.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the local market.
