Job summary

Humana's MarketPoint Career Channel Team seeks Medicare Sales Field Agents for a field-based role in Indiana. You will build trust, educate customers on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, and grow Humana's presence through local events and in-home visits.

Residency in the designated territory, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with face-to-face community engagement are required. You will work with a small team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to achieve success.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events, or local venues.
• Valid state driver’s license with personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and inform about Humana offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Differentiate through face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow Humana's presence by driving self-generated sales and meeting performance goals within the local market.
