Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to operate within your designated Indiana territory. This field-based role emphasizes in-home visits, community events, and personal connections to educate and enroll members in Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.

You will work with a team under a Senior Manager, meet performance goals, and navigate a commission-based compensation plan with base pay. The role requires valid driving credentials and living in the service area.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting 25/25/10 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
