CVS Health is seeking a Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst to provide education and consultation regarding community resources. This fully remote position requires strong communication skills and experience in social work or related fields. The role includes assessing resource needs and providing referrals to various community services.

Training hours 9 - 5:30 EST or CST
Work hours after training 10 - 6:30 pm EST
The Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst is part of the WorkLife Team and provides education about community resources, resource needs assessment, and community and/or national referrals to a variety of customers including childcare, elder/adult care, and basic/everyday needs. The Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst is responsible for providing WorkLife consultation and informational services to members and plan sponsors. The most frequent requests received are for emergency financial, housing, childcare/children with special needs, elder/adult care, and health related needs.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
