Position: Fully Remote within the continental U.S.

Training hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm EST or CST
Work hours after training: 10 am - 6:30 pm EST

The Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst is part of the WorkLife Team and provides education about community resources, needs assessments, and referrals to customers including childcare, elder/adult care, and basic needs. Responsibilities include providing WorkLife consultation and informational services to members and plan sponsors, with common requests related to emergency financial aid, housing, childcare, elder care, and health needs.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Assess resource needs, propose options, and research/community service providers.
  2. Provide resource referrals and educate individuals on resource utilization.
  3. Document member interactions and research in the system.
  4. Work in an inbound/outbound call center environment, including outbound calls and research.
  5. Handle administrative or customer service calls as needed.
  6. Support staffing online chat platforms as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience educating individuals/families on community resources.
  • 1+ year experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities, including needs assessments and referrals.
  • 1+ year experience in social work, social services, or case management.
  • Experience conducting resource needs assessments (eldercare, housing, childcare).
  • Access to broadband internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload), wired connection preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish language skills.
  • 1+ year experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required; Master's preferred.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $21.10 - $44.99 per hour, based on experience and other factors. This role may include bonuses or incentives.
