Position: Fully Remote within the continental U.S.
Training hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm EST or CST
Work hours after training: 10 am - 6:30 pm EST
The Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst is part of the WorkLife Team and provides education about community resources, needs assessments, and referrals to customers including childcare, elder/adult care, and basic needs. Responsibilities include providing WorkLife consultation and informational services to members and plan sponsors, with common requests related to emergency financial aid, housing, childcare, elder care, and health needs.
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
Time Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $21.10 - $44.99 per hour, based on experience and other factors. This role may include bonuses or incentives.
