Job summary

Fasikl Medical Solutions LLC (FMS) is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to own and optimize the DMEPOS compliance program, covering Medicare billing rules, licensing, and training. You will partner with leadership to implement scalable processes that ensure Medicare DMEPOS supplier readiness and privacy protections.

You will draft policies, manage audits, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with operations, quality, and legal teams, while ensuring timely compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare compliance or DMEPOS operations.
• Working knowledge of Medicare DMEPOS billing rules and CMS coverage policy.
• Experience drafting and owning compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the DMEPOS compliance program, including Medicare policies and ABN processes.
• Monitor CMS, OIG, and MAC guidance; translate updates into procedures and staff training.
• Lead CHAP accreditation obligations and renewal readiness.
• Manage multi-state DME licensing compliance and related filings with vendors.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for staff across billing, intake, and customer support.
• Lead internal audits, incident tracking, and corrective action documentation.
