Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• May have agent license but no active appointments.

Responsibilities

• Data enter prescription drug information into the database from applications.
• Identify problems with the prescription drug information and contact agents as needed.
• Make outbound calls to agents for missing or unclear information.
• Produce and send outbound electronic notices regarding delays or issues.
• Assist with data entry applications using the mainframe system.
