Job summary
Centerfield is seeking a Sr. Medicare Compliance Manager to drive compliance program administration and technology enablement across MA, Part D, and Medigap distribution channels.
You will bridge regulatory requirements with insurance tech, partnering with Compliance, Operations, and Technology to embed CMS rules into sales workflows, dialing systems, CRM platforms, and AI quality assurance. You will lead governance, analytics, and change management while aligning with TPMO, SOA, and call
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage, regulatory operations, or tech implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CMS MMG, TPMO regulations, and telesales compliance.
- Experience gathering business/technical requirements and developing dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance technology enablement, governance, and analytics initiatives.
- Oversee compliance administration, CAPs, and regulatory reporting for sales channels.
- Translate regulatory mandates into technical requirements for systems and scripts.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor risk and program effectiveness.
- Coordinate CMS and state regulatory changes across teams and tooling.
