Zusammenfassung

Centene is seeking a Medicare Compliance Advisory professional to serve as an SME and day-to-day execution lead for the program in alignment with CMS requirements and state regulations. The role supports business and compliance leadership with regulatory guidance, research, issue tracking, and audit readiness activities.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments, and help develop corrective actions to ensure sustainable compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, policy) or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in Compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management within a regulated industry.
• ~4+ years Compliance advisory experience including regulatory research and drafting guidance.

Aufgaben

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Translate federal/state requirements into clear compliance guidance for stakeholders.
• Support regulatory communications, responses to inquiries, and disclosures to regulators.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory reports, attestations, and filings.
• Identify compliance risks, perform risk stratification, and suggest mitigations.
• Lead or support root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for gaps.
• Provide SME support for audits, testing strategies, and ongoing oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive continuous program improvement.
