The role partners with business, engineering, data, architecture, and vendor teams to translate needs into prioritized investments, drive execution, and improve accuracy, automation, and efficiency across a complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years software product management with end-to-end lifecycle responsibility.
• 5+ years healthcare payer experience across claims lifecycle.
• Ability to work during Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with cross-functional leaders.
• Translate needs into epics and prioritized investments.
• Lead discovery, backlog, and quarterly planning.
• Develop and coach product management teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and align modernization priorities.
