Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Product Management for Medicare Claims to shape strategy, roadmaps, and modernization of the technology products that support claims administration for millions of members.

You will partner with business, engineering and operations leaders, drive cross-functional product practices, establish OKRs, manage vendor relationships, and develop the PM organization for sustained outcomes across a complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management, healthcare technology, or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years software product management with lifecycle ownership (discovery through launch).
• 5+ years healthcare payer experience with claims lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing product management teams.
• Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours and support critical needs when required.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize the product vision, strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate customer, business and regulatory needs into epics and initiatives to meet outcomes.
• Own backlog prioritization, dependencies, and quarterly planning across product areas.
• Monitor product performance and drive improvements to claims accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor PM colleagues to a customer-centric culture.
