Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Product Management for Medicare Claims. This role shapes strategy, roadmap, performance, and modernization of technology products supporting claims administration for over 4 million members.

The leader will establish product structures, practices, and cross-functional ways of working to improve claims accuracy, automation, and operating efficiency. This role also develops PM colleagues and partners with vendors for performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product management, healthcare technology, claims administration or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years of software product management with full lifecycle responsibility.
• 5+ years in healthcare payer experience, including claims lifecycle knowledge.
• Proven experience leading and coaching product management teams.
• Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours and support production needs when required.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for Medicare Claims products.
• Lead and mature product management practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own backlog, prioritization, and cross-team alignment to deliver roadmaps.
• Monitor performance, drive product health metrics, and measure outcomes.
