Job summary

HCSC is seeking a results-driven health insurance sales leader to execute the HealthSpring strategy across local agencies, contracted agents, and broker networks in the Greater Houston area.

You will recruit partnerships, train brokers, present to groups, and monitor performance using Salesforce and analytics to drive member growth while adhering to CMS guidelines. Some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4 years health insurance sales experience or higher.
• Experience managing broker or field sales staff and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry and producer community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and cultivate new agency partnerships and broker relationships.
• Plan and execute community and sales events; deliver trainings.
• Monitor sales performance and leverage CRM/data to identify growth.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
