Job summary
The Broker Sales Manager (BSM) at Clever Care Health Plan in Huntington Beach, CA will drive enrollments through contracted agencies and agents. You will develop growth strategies, conduct meetings, and provide training to ensure RTS Agents are ready before AEP.
The role requires travel to meet agents and attend events. We seek candidates with a CA Life & Health Insurance license, strong insurance-agency experience, and a track record in Medicare knowledge and working with low-income
Qualifications
- Active California Life and Health Insurance license is required.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Experience working with Insurance Agencies/Agents/Field Marketing Organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and related programs.
- Experience serving senior citizens and low-income individuals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, expand and increase productivity of Agency distribution in the market.
- Encourage agents to sell Clever Care products to clients and community.
- Build provider and community relationships to boost channel performance.
- Identify new provider and community referral opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales trainings, events and presentations.
