Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Medicare Billing Supervisor for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. You will supervise floor activities and assist with audits, training, and coaching on attendance and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, attending meetings when the manager is away, and overtime for special projects when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5 years experience in a patient accounting office or medical office setting with 2 year as a team lead/supervisor experience in lieu of degree.
• Relevant computer knowledge and typing ability required.
• One-year experience in hospital Medicare billing required.
• Experience with Medicare compliance, LMRP's and APC knowledge required.
• Understanding of UB92, revenue codes, CPT and HCPC coding required.
