Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking a highly organized Billing / RCD Specialist to join our Home Health team in Boca Raton, FL. You will support billing, clinical documentation, and physician order processes while collaborating with clinicians, Clinical Managers, physicians, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has experience in Medicare home health, medical billing, clinical documentation, or revenue cycle management and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring documentation is

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, medical billing, revenue cycle, clinical documentation, or physician orders.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser or another home health EMR.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day billing and revenue cycle activities for Medicare home health patients.
• Review patient charts for completeness, accuracy, and required billing information.
• Monitor records for missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with clinicians.
• Prepare claims, correct billing issues, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Obtain, track, and maintain physician orders and clinical documentation.
• Send orders for physician review and signature.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and documentation to ensure timely receipt.
• Track pending orders and ensure signed documentation is received within timeframes.
• Upload and maintain signed orders and documentation in the EMR.
• Communicate with clinicians, physician offices, and internal teams to resolve issues.
