Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, ensure documentation is complete and compliant, and collaborate with clinical leadership to keep HR processes running smoothly.

Healthcare experience is preferred; familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS, and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR, onboarding, credentialing, or administrative experience.
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health or regulated healthcare preferred.
• Experience onboarding and maintaining files for clinical employees is a plus.
• Proficiency with Paycom or another HRIS/payroll system.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new-hire onboarding from offer to completion of employment requirements.
• Collect, review, and maintain employee personnel and credentialing documentation.
• Track licenses, certifications, CPR, TB, and other clinical credentials.
• Coordinate Level 2 background screenings and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain employee files and compliance records.
• Monitor expirations and follow up on renewals and missing documentation.
• Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and required trainings.
