Job summary

Centers Plan for Healthy Living is seeking a Licensed Benefits Advisor- Medicare Sales to educate and enroll potential beneficiaries, explain CMS-compliant program benefits, and serve as a community contact for current members. You will build a presence in the community, service existing customers, and secure new ones through consultative selling and designated tasks from the Sales Manager.

The role requires field-based work across the five boroughs, travel, and occasional weekend commitments,

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience or relevant experience.
• Proficient in corporate emails (Outlook), MS Word and Internet Explorer.
• Willing to travel throughout the five boroughs daily and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures relationship with prospective members and community partners.
• Ensures enrollment quotas are met based on tenure.
• Attends Sales Meetings and submits daily/ mid-day/ end-of-day reports.
• Maintains a professional image in attire and marketing locations.
• Maintains Centers Plans for Healthy Living visibility in the community.
