MetroPlus Health, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals, seeks an Enrollment Sales Representative to educate and enroll eligible Medicare participants. Under supervision, you will present benefit options, conduct outreach in communities, and document enrollments.

The role requires a NYS Life/Accident/Health license, a high school diploma, and at least one year in direct consumer contact or sales. Bilingual abilities may be required; training is provided.

Qualificações

• Valid Life/Accident/Health Insurance Agent License issued by NYSIDO (New York State Insurance Department).
• High School diploma or equivalence (HSE).
• Successful completion of MetroPlus/MHP training and orientation.
• At least 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, sales and/or social services.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• Knowledge of a second language may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Educates eligible Medicare participants about MetroPlus benefits and enrollments.
• Presents information at community venues and provider sites to drive enrollments.
• Maintains accurate enrollment documentation and participant records.
• Performs telemarketing as needed to support enrollment and follow-up.
• Supports sales/marketing meetings and contributes to outreach efforts.
