Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Medicare Business Analytics to lead a high-visibility analytics team. The role blends hands-on technical work with team mentorship, delivering executive-ready insights and dashboards across enrollment, financials, and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL and Tableau/Power BI skills, and experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in healthcare analytics or BI with senior IC exposure.
- Experience designing executive dashboards in regulated healthcare.
- Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency (Tableau/Power BI).
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage business fundamentals.
- Design data validation and automated reporting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
- Experience partnering with Actuarial, Product, IT/Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as player-coach, mentoring analysts while contributing hands-on.
- Lead end-to-end high-priority initiatives and manage scope.
- Create executive dashboards and enrollment/financial analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups and manage milestones.
- Improve tooling, validation, and automation across reports.
- Balance priorities and deliver executive-ready insights.
