Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Medicare strategy and insights team to serve as the analytics subject matter expert on risk adjustment. The role focuses on at‑risk provider reporting, collaboration with RIPOE, and delivering scalable analytics across cloud data platforms.

You will design solutions using SAS/SQL/Python, build data assets and dashboards, and translate business questions into actionable analytics for engagement managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and coding analytics using SAS/SQL/Python or similar
• 5+ years leading development of analytic solutions with measurable business impact
• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Experience handling large data sets and solving data quality and data challenges
• Strong reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical solutions to support RIPOE activities.
• Create scalable data assets and reporting frameworks using modern cloud platforms.
• Develop tools for membership trend, risk score trend, chronic conditions and clinical tracking.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics to help partners understand problems and goals.
• Develop and maintain MEU and financial data assets and dashboards for at-risk provider reporting.
