Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Medicare strategy and insights team to support provider enablement and risk adjustment reporting. The role focuses on designing analytics solutions, building data assets, and delivering actionable insights to drive performance improvements across provider groups and sponsors.

The candidate will work with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Databricks and SAS to support MEU, RAPS/EDS reconciliation, and overall performance management while collaborating with RIPOE and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience of design and coding efficiency in SAS, SQL, Python or similar programming language.
• 5+ years' experience leading the development of analytic solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence concepts.
• Experience handling large data sets and producing actionable insights.
• Strong reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical solutions leveraging GCP, AWS, Databricks, SAS, SQL and related cloud tech.
• Create scalable data assets and reporting frameworks using modern cloud platforms.
• Develop analytical tools including membership trends, risk score trends and clinical tracking.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics to help partners understand problems and goals.
• Publish internal/external reports and action-oriented communications.
• Partner with tech and business teams to implement scalable analytics capabilities.
