Job summary
Medisolv is seeking a Medicare Advantage Stars Data Analyst to ingest, validate, and report Stars data. You will translate CMS specifications into data models, build dashboards, and partner with health plans to support Stars performance improvements.
The role requires strong SQL, data engineering knowledge, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. You will collaborate with product, analytics, and health plan teams to deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, health informatics, or related field.
- 5+ years healthcare data experience, including Medicare Advantage Stars data.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data ingestion, transformation, and warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME on CMS Stars measures, specifications, and methodology.
- Ingest, validate, and report Stars data from multiple sources.
- Design Stars data marts and analytical models translating requirements into fact tables and calculations.
- Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau reflecting CMS methodology.
- Collaborate with health plans to understand data needs and present findings.
- Develop data validation and QA processes; work with engineering on data feeds.
