Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 2+ years of consulting or analytics in healthcare
• Analytical and data savvy
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with large datasets
• SQL experience is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to summarize complex data for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Analytical Model Development: Design and build analytical models for Stars reporting
• Utilize statistical techniques to generate insights
• Update reporting capabilities for Oak Street needs
• Forecasting and Performance Analysis for CMS Stars measures
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and recommend strategies
• Draw insights and highlight opportunities by market for leaders and executives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, Data, and other teams to integrate insights
