Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Product Manager for the MN Market to lead a team of Product Analysts in Medicare bid filings, CMS materials, and content development. You will define deliverables, manage cross‑functional collaboration, and drive on‑time, accurate outputs in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with leaders and business partners to ensure alignment of goals and operating models, while growing a diverse team and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan products or related leadership experience
• 3+ years experience with PBP filing, benefit planning, and/or member materials development processes
• 2+ years experience with CMS required materials and content
• Experience building a team that leverages individual capabilities to support all elements of workflow
• Effective communication skills and ability to deliver information as a leader in individual and group settings
• Able to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Able to manage a team of individuals, providing direction and coaching that flexes to different communication styles
• Strong analytical skills, detail and accuracy orientation
• Able to manage successfully in a change environment

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of up to 8 Product Analysts to deliver Medicare bid filings, CMS materials, and content
• Defines deliverables and manages processes for the Product Analyst team
• Interacts with leaders and business partners to align expectations and operating models
• Hires and develops diverse talent to support evolving MA product needs
• Fosters a culture of psychological safety and development within the team
• Accounts for team performance via EXI survey metrics and outcomes
