Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan, seeks a Medicare Advantage Product Manager to drive material reviews, maintain plan benefits, and support CMS bid submissions using HPMS. The role supports year-round readiness and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• 2+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product team review process for materials to ensure benefits are clear, accurate, and on schedule.
• Maintain Medicare Advantage product information in source of truth documents and ensure consistent interpretation of plan benefits.
• Assist with CMS bid submission responses for annual submission through HPMS and understand PBP definitions.
• Support year-round operational readiness and act as SME for key functions; liaise with vendor implementations.
• Conduct competitor analyses and assemble reports informing product strategy and annual benefit decisions.
