Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan dedicated to delivering coordinated, high-quality care in Minnesota and beyond. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing the Medicare Advantage product portfolio, ensuring accurate member materials and CMS bid readiness.

The candidate will support annual benefit decisions, perform competitive analyses, and collaborate across teams. Office-based, onsite 3 days/week with a strong emphasis on cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• 2+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage plans.
• Excellent materials review skills and high-level attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Product team review process for materials and ensures clarity, accuracy and on-schedule delivery.
• Maintains Medicare Advantage product information in source documents; interprets plan benefits.
• Completes CMS bid submission responses for annual HPMS processes and understands PBP definitions.
• Supports operational readiness; acts as SME for key functions; coordinates vendor implementation.
• Conducts competitor analyses and assembles reports to inform product strategy.
