Responsibilities
The Contractor, reporting to the GSVC Team Lead, focuses on key functions within the GSVC Team. This role supports the development of resources such as slide decks, Medical Information Letters (MILs), Verbal Response Documents (VRDs), and Infographics for use by the Field Medical Organization and Global Medical Information Staff. The role also involves participating in transformational initiatives within the fast-paced environment of Value & Implementation Global Medical and Value Capabilities (V&I GMVC).
The Contractor's specific responsibilities include:
- GSVC Creation and Maintenance: Developing and maintaining GSVC resources aligned with annual plans for GMSA Field Medical and Global Medical Information staff, with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Review of GSVC Materials: Ensuring relevance, scientific accuracy, and consistency with scientific literature, internal information, and company standards.
- Quality/Compliance: Analyzing and evaluating scientific and therapeutic data presentation for internal stakeholders responding to Medical Information Requests (MIRs).
- Innovative Practices: Supporting creative solutions for communicating GSC in various formats based on customer needs.
- Content Development: Assisting in the design and development of infographics and digital media for GSVC content.
- Customer Advocacy: Advocating for changing customer needs, especially for GMSA Field Medical and GMI staff.
- Task Leadership and Collaboration: Leading specific tasks, prioritizing deliverables, and collaborating effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
- Technology Evaluation: Assessing new technologies to support GSVC needs.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or PhD in life sciences.
Required experience includes:
- 1-2 years of process and systems coordination experience.
- Experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Information and medical writing.
- Experience working with stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Independent design and production of slide decks supporting stakeholder needs.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Success in fast-paced environments, with problem-solving skills and independent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at affiliate, regional, or global levels.
- Therapeutic Area: Oncology.
- Experience creating external tools for scientific exchange and responding to medical inquiries.
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Veeva Vault MedComms (nice to have).
- Work location flexibility: Rahway, NJ; Upper Gwynedd, PA; hybrid, or remote.
- 12-month assignment with potential extension.
