Job summary

WM is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an on-site role in Connecticut. The position involves receiving inbound materials, loading/unloading vehicles, assembling kits, and processing materials for treatment.

You will participate in lean processes and contribute to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires basic warehouse skills, ability to operate handheld devices, and willingness to work a Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble mailback and other product kits according to established procedures
• Pick kits and stock items from printed pick list to fulfill customer orders
• Pack orders for shipment and ensure safe handling of items
• Unload, inspect, and report status of inbound materials
• Use handheld to execute outbound order shipments
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly; drive equipment in close quarters
