Clean Harbors is seeking Medical Waste Technicians to collect, segregate, and prepare medical waste at customer locations. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the chance to advance within a safety-first company.

In Santa Ana, CA, you will perform pickups, bulking and packaging, inspections, and site responsibilities. Benefits include health coverage after 30 days, paid time off, a 401(k) with company matching, and tuition reimbursement as you grow with the company.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Willing to get a Hep B vaccination.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Making medical waste pickups throughout a customer’s facility.
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Packaging and labeling medical waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participating in spill response on customer’s site as needed.
• Operating forklifts.
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
• Completing waste stream sampling and profiling.

Medical Waste InSiteTechnicians perform a wide range of tasks, including:

• Making medical waste pickups throughout a customer’s facility.
