Waste Management is seeking a Medical Waste Route Driver in Minnesota to service assigned accounts with professionalism, ensuring waste pickup and supply delivery meets customers' needs on a daily basis. This on-site role involves operating Box Trucks, following federal and local regulations, and maintaining proper DOT logs where applicable.

The position runs a 4x10s shift (Monday to Friday) with start time around 5:00 AM and may include overtime.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience, preferably in driving Box Trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver’s License; CMV drivers must obtain a medical card.
• Immunizations and credentialing may be required based on customer requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages assigned routes ensuring customers’ waste is picked up in a safe, timely and accurate manner.
• Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations.
• Plans daily schedule based on customers’ needs by reviewing daily paperwork and route sheets.
• Follows routing software route schedule.
• May prepare and load trucks to service select accounts; unload at WMHS and customer sites; secure waste.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts daily; communicate issues for resolution.
