LeoForce in Carmel, IN is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Medical Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, storage, and fulfillment in a healthcare warehouse environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee receipt and storage of goods with accurate documentation of shipments.
  • Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring correct packing, labeling and shipping to the right location.
  • Coordinate freight arrangements and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock movement records.
  • Improve warehouse processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and perform regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve supply chain issues or delays promptly and professionally.

Job Details

Our organization, a leading player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Medical Warehouse Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in logistics and a passion for healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our warehouse, including receiving, shipping, freight, and fulfillment.

This is a Monday-Friday opportunity, working the evening hours of 4:00pm - 12:30am.

Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  2. Managing the preparation and dispatch of orders, ensuring products are correctly packed, labeled, and shipped to the right location.
  3. Coordinating freight arrangements and ensuring all goods are handled and transported in compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of all stock movements.
  5. Implementing efficient warehouse processes and continuously seeking ways to improve operations.
  6. Ensuring the warehouse is well-organized and safe for staff, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
  7. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
  8. Resolving any issues or delays in the supply chain promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
