Job summary

LeoForce in Carmel, IN is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Medical Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, storage, and fulfillment in a healthcare warehouse environment. Evening shift, 4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities spanning freight coordination, inventory control, and accurate documentation.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in similar roles, experience with receiving/shipping, and strong knowledge of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock movement records.
• Improve warehouse processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and perform regular inspections.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
