Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations, oversee receipt, storage, and shipping, and drive accuracy and efficiency across the team.
You will coach and develop staff, enforce safety standards, control overtime, and collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues, ensuring inventory integrity and on-time delivery for healthcare professionals.
Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, shipped, and reported accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures. This role leads and develops warehouse team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through effective management of processes, equipment, space utilization, and safety standards to deliver exceptional service to customers. The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual
