Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years in health care environment preferred; 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid and clean driver's license required.
• Ability to submit to periodic drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical transportation and assist with patient transfers.
• Obtain pre-authorization from transportation brokers for ambulance, wheelchair, and ambulatory transports.
• Access broker manifests and communicate changes with all providers.
• Schedule transports and follow up with referrals to ensure completion.
• Relate pick-up/drop-off details, bed allocation, and transport logistics to the team.
