Job summary

Biodesix, Inc. is hiring a Test Order Operations Specialist in Denver to enter and transfer test requests into our electronic database and ensure accuracy. You will review orders, validate information, and promptly forward results to medical sites while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires 1–3 years in data entry or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and HIPAA knowledge. On-site schedule Tue–Sat, MST, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and handling of protected health information.
• Excellent PC skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of test information.
• Review and validate order information.
• Timely and accurate delivery of reviewed test results.
