Job summary

ZEISS is hiring a Sales Recruiter to partner with North America sales leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire top commercial talent, with a focus on Medical Technology roles across the US and Canada. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, manage offers, and oversee onboarding in collaboration with HR, building a robust pipeline and ensuring a candidate‑centric experience.

This role requires 3–6 years of sales recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with NA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of within‑market sales recruiting experience in healthcare/medical devices/life sciences or technical sectors.
• Proven success filling mid‑to‑senior sales and channel roles across the US and Canada.
• Strong candidate assessment, sourcing, and interview techniques.
• Familiarity with NA employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM tools and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NA Sales leadership to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for Medical Technology.
• Source, screen, and select candidates for sales‑related roles across the US and Canada.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through direct sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes: define job specs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, extend offers, and manage onboarding with HR.
• Champion a candidate‑centric process, ensuring a positive experience and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft compelling employer branding and role‑specific messaging.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with ZEISS policies and applicable employment laws across NA.
